We do some chisel plowing and vertical tillage. I started out today vertical tilling at 6:30 in 2 inches of snow by 3:00 it was gone and very muddy. We run tracks so the mud really doesn't slow us down most of the time. This fall was very wet here in southern Michigan. My grandfather used to say any fall tillage is better than spring tillage when a guy could be planting . Great video keep up the good work!

Great awesome video mike, chopping them up and sizing them to decay is all a process. We didn’t do tillage cause soybeans and corn 🌽 harvest got too late and the cold froze the ground fast . 6 to 8 inches of frost in the ground now

Although the only way I’ll ever be able to farm is with Farming Simulator, I do enjoy jobs like this. Just a steady speed back and forth, always progressing toward completion. That’s why I love to mow. I always do the headlands once, twice in some areas for turning around, then either straight back and forth, or follow the contours of the landscaping.

Glad you enjoyed the video. Some people think its boring but I like going back and forth doing this kind of work too
