Wonderful! Hey I bought the patches to do this from Synth Cloud and am just learning about my k2700 that I bought along with it. Are there any detailed tutorials for on the run? I'm gathering there are some layering and keystrokes to program in. Would be very appreciative! Not to many detailed tutorials on this marvelous machine. It's been slow going. I'm on page 41 of 372 in the manual. Looking to shave some time. Gotta cover it by October lol!

Although it seems to me that Kurzweil is getting a little bit stale, I am still very impressed with the quality, and how clean the sounds are. I am considering buying this keyboard, but I haven’t found, so far, anything that is different from the most recent version of Kurzweil Keyboard. You did a very good job with this song, although I am not a Pink Floyd fan.

Kurzweil is a very understate synth. But in the mix or during production, well, this is where the penny starts to drop. The ultimate chameleon synth that can impersonate just about anything and sound great with very little effort come mix time. The new ones have a fully blown DX7, with backwards compatibility and all, engine standalone or as VAST blocks for digital modular madness if you want. Vast could always do FM anyway but this is now formalized with the advent of the PC4. If you can exhaust what you can do with VAST and FM I'll be very impressed. I would say Kurzweil is one of my favourite sounding digital synths.

samples on Kurzweil load directly with the programs, you just have to load the library :)

There is no programming on the transpose button, it is only used to change pitch.

Synth brass needs just a bit more attack on the filter envelope and release on the amp envelope.
