😂😂😂😂 Yessssss, I’ve heard of ships blowing horn like that often when very foggy, and view is limited! This protects possible small ships that are not seen by cruise captain! That constant horn blowing makes me think of the movie Titanic when they saw the large iceberg at the very last moment 😳🛳🛳
