@15:35 I think Chang PU is so highly rated because it's SOO difficult to get a quality healer. Chang PU is the only healer you can get without getting a lucky summons. I have S-Tier Supports & Controlers, but I only have Rare Healers and Chang PU is by FAR the best "easy to access" healer.

I agree with this tier list, in fact I'm using both healers in S tier, Ye and Chang, and like "all content char or almost" Li Ling. The only hard thing, for me, in this game,...it's to remember heroes' names! 😅

I love Dhalia! She is perfect for heroes like Ra or any other cleavers and her S2 lands pretty good consistent freeze and spd down.

ocean waves helps helena a LOT. it would be nice if you can run panacea for better aoe heal, but ocean outclasses panacea for helena by a lot. i don't know why everyone uses panacea for her builds

I feel like Sun Wukong is also S tear, cuz he’s self sustainable with his self heal and also does a ton of AOE damage, I maxed him to complete the road to legend event and he literally carried my whole team, now I have a lot stronger epic espers but he still is a really good character I think, but ofc this is just my opinion

hes a very good farmer can even farm purgatory pretty effectively but in other content he is mainly used as a controller because he lacks the big dmg the other dps like liling or lin xiao can do but damn his debuffs is soo good if you use him correctly

Reliable esper he can deal alot of dmg can hit multiple enemies with his basic attack can debuff enemies def heal and gives himself a shield he blocks all enemies heals and deal alot of dmg. Hes not really good at farming but hes good at controlling so he deserves to be s tier.

Got wukong from the initial pity roll, then li ling and lin xiao (white tiger mommy) from my first 100 pull pity. After 100 more pulls, got jin yuyao, so now I run a chinese mythos team of wukong, li ling, jin yuyao, lin xiao, and chang pu

Nice list! From what I have seen outta Zox’s channel, I think Berenice, Lynn, and Freddie should be higher but I think you’re pretty spot on. Oh and Wukong is pretty amazing, S class for sure but like you said, not the best to reroll for. Also, Gabby doesn’t have anything on her S1 BUT on my speed team when she gets that juicy speed buff from Sienna, she starts hitting surprisingly high crits. I have seen her crit for 15k with all buffs (attack/speed/defense down) which is not too bad considering she has 0 attack relics.

Wu Kong slowed my progression for sure but not until I am trying to grind Kronos 10. He has super good wave cleating potential but he hits bosses like a wet noodle sometimes. Mine has over 3.4k attack and still its just not enough to really do much with the % on his attacks. A wonderful unit but has a blind spot and feels more like a tank than a DPS

Chalmers my main single dps, life steal/counter makes him self sustaining and removes the negative life loss. He always does most damage to bosses with S3 nuke. 25%-40% after a crit. Test him out if you get him. Works on all bosses, he is beast.

I wish Chang Pu would use the S3 whenever we are fighting a de-buffer. For the protection. I have a Speedy Jacob so he puts the Fangs buff so my units like Li Ling dont get a million poison when attacking APEP. But I feel you. I perfectly understand how frustrating she can be.

I think Wukong makes your progression slower. However he scales better as you approach the late game.

I literally just made him to 6 star to unlock his rewards and made him into a practice stage farmer so i dont have to invest on mona thus saving me the resources that is supposed to go on her to another better dps epic esper like chloe or sander.

Exactly. Li Ling turbos out the early game, I'd say he's still better in the mid game, but late game he gets outclassed by Tang Xuan. He is still solid but just doesn't do much.

Just checked your first Dislyte video with the original Wukong design, no wonder why I found the current one so off-putting. My understanding is that some backlash from the Chinese community concerning Sun Wukong originally being male prompted the change. Kind of disappointed the art team didn't do more than the bare minimum to update the design as the current one definitely feels a bit unnatural to me. Then again, both my accounts got Li Ling so I don't really care. Anyways, solid tier list. Wish I didn't have to deal with farming ripples to get some of the best chars on it.

Really good tier list and very good explanations for reasons to why you put them in the tier they belong in. I really do hate the Ripple System. I made a suggestion to their Facebook and they did respond to sending my feedback to them about possibly trading Shards of other units for another even at a 5 to 1 ratio. I won't give my hopes that they will do it, but it would be a great quality of life of they do add a way to exchange common ripple shards for rare ones. Its the one reason I never made another account is I don't want to farm for Dhalia or Suhua ever again now that I have farmed them all to max resonance. Anyway sorry for the rambling. I think the only way to make Wukong on the same level if not a bit better than li ling would be to make his AOE Def break have a 100% proc chance rather than 40% chance. It would add quite a lot of reliability and move him into a good set up/secondary for your primary dps.

You are only guaranteed the same 5 star characters (li ling or sun wukong) at the start and some characters are only available through certain means but essentially yes

why does everyone hate Helena, I dont get it I personally only started using healers today (using chang pu), altough i used Helena until i got my first 10 rolls (beginner banner) and dropped a bunch of attack characters, and for a while, i had Li Ling, Mona, Loki, Lu Yi and Falken, but decided that a Healer would do me better than Mona I also dropped Dhalia which i might substitute in for Loki

Yeah,My K10 team was Sander,Leon (DPS) and Berenice,gabby + any healer (support),it quite nice 1:20-30 min with 100% win rate,Leon was pretty nice on Kronos. yeah dude helena was my choice also,my main 6 star was Lewis with crit lead that's why i never touch Chang Pu

Helena is my main healer. To be fair, I haven’t tried the other one, but I really like her! Huge heals is super clutch and I have times where the rest of my units are dead and she just slowly kills a boss like Kronos because she full heals.

Wukong is stronger overall in the late game but Li Ling will get you faster in the late game

True I mean he's not wrong that Li Ling will help your account progress as F2P because Wukong's power shines in pvp not pve. Wukong's S3 does more damage plus those debuffs in pvp he's a problem while Li Ling's only dmg in pvp is his S2 his S3 can't do as much dmg as Wukong's but in pve Li Ling overall will help you progress. Wukong's damage in pve is just not enough as the other dps units.

He can heal and shield himself, do debuffs, and also do dmg because he can do 5% of targets max hp limited by 50% of wukong’s attack stats Li ling is more of a boss killer that’s why you will want him since you need to farm a lot. Wukong is more of a all rounder and because of that he can do much more better than li ling in late game. You will just want li ling to have a fast progression in story and farming

I try to stick to the "mostly" f2p lifestyle, because I don't want to spend too much in these games (bad experiences from SW...) But I believe that the developers deserve to make some money if I enjoy their game and play it for an extended period of time. I generally will buy some of the cheap intro or holiday packs, so I basically spend as much as if I had bought a game on sale. If a game doesn't have any interesting packs I might do like a monthly log in pack or two. I guess I'm a Minnow?

Helena has been great F2P. Slightly less good of a healer over multiple turns but the dispell is good double AP down is good and crit up is pretty nice.

no no im with u, im using helena in a lot of places, the ap down and heal are plenty to make her at the very least usable. sure immunity is more useful, if its not needed, the crit just speeds clears up

Today i started to push purgatory from chapter 4 and now i am at 7-7. I literally use Li Ling, Apollo, Gabrielle, Berenice 31k hp, Sehua. Berenice apply shield 16.500 to everyone and 2 regeneration, Apollo is real mvp god 220 speed, 70-90 ACC, boss stages you debuff boss and apollo goes 3-4 times, you keep basic attack boss and keep pushing boss ap back 3 times

Sun wukong should be in S. i tried both of em but sun wukong are great too as li ling. While medusa are likely needs to be in S+ because she literally a beast in AP control while she is shimmers she wont likely suffer in miss rates.
