I can try to answer this question. I hope I hit all the marks for this! I feel like Zeus/gaius isn't what he used to be because of how strong some units have become! Units like Sakura Lian and Mavis and more supports have such high defense positions that just outright block his damage. Now keep in mind that most of those units need to be high Reso to block him, but it is very possible to outlive his damage even while he is buffed by units like XP. I truly think it is just power creep that has shown up now more than ever. There are also units like Chu Yao, who can make one ally impossible to land a critical hit on them, so it just nerfs his damage even more. So it is hard to say, but I think the meta has changed because Speed Cleaveing is no longer possible without some key units like Tevor, or he has lost some value overall.

@Maxwelium In a way, yes, sadly, I would normally use a unit no matter how old they are. Jin Qiu has been going strong for me for ages! Sadly, I feel another thing that has killed the love for him is his new story... I have no idea why the developers made back story so different from his release, but I feel like that was also another reason why he has dropped in popularity... The shock value wasn't cared for, that's for sure. Just my thoughts on the matter.

they need to nerf jin qiu .2turns cd s2 and intimanate buff gain shield he literally dont take any damage.
