Your video was the only one that showed disassembly. Taking a cue from your work, I disassembled it, cleaned it, and got it working properly. thank you for your efforts p.s. For reference, for the handle, I put a knife into the small groove at the joint and gently hit the hammer to turn it so that the adhesive falls off. After a small gap was created, I gently struck it diagonally with a knife and was able to disassemble it with almost no scratches. Access to the motherboard, battery, and charging module becomes possible. I hope this helps... Thank you~

What did u need to fix it? Mine won’t charge or turn on. I’m so mad.

@@micah.80665 No special problems were visible to the naked eye, and things returned to normal after spraying contact activator (BW-100, alcohol-based) on the board, charging terminal, and soldering area. Hope it helps~

@@서원파-v3wthank u so much. I’ve been speaking to kica through email. They said I’m past my warranty but have sent me a couple emails with things to check if it’s the issue. If they don’t end up hooking me up and warranting it for me anyways, I plan on opening it up and I’ll try it out. Any tips on how u got it open? I can’t remember if I read how u got urs open or not. I know I read a small knife, heat gun, vice grip, hammers.. I wish it wasn’t so difficult . Too bad the internal parts weren’t put together as well as the case was

@@micah.80665 My problem was that after not using it for a while, it wasn't working at all. I didn't approach the motor part. I opened the body part, which contains the board and battery charging terminal. 2:00 I opened the lid indicated by the finger in the video. Watch the home portion of the video at 2:00. Is the lower lid slightly open? I can tell you how to open this. This lid is attached with a small amount of super glue. First you need to crush this glue. Touch the blade vertically to the closely spaced groove and tap it with a small hammer. If you turn it and tap it, it will open about 1mm. Now, the glue has broken. This time, place the blade diagonally rather than vertically and tap lightly with a hammer. Toward the lid. If you hammer carefully, you will be able to open the lid with minimal damage. My problem was solved by simply spraying a small amount of contact activator on the circuit board. It appears that there were impurities on the contacts as it had not been used for a while. Although my product is not the same brand, I think it is a perfect match. If the symptoms are the same, please try it. I wish you success~ Have a nice day~

@@서원파-v3wMine is having the exact issue urs did. I didn’t use it much and it stopped working. I ordered some of the contact cleaner so I’ll def try it out. Thank u so much. I really appreciate u taking the time to explain it.

In case it's of any help to anyone: I finally opened mine up by using a plumber's pipe-cutting tool (can be acquired very cheaply) on the groove at the bottom. It was able to get inside the groove and persistently wear away the adhesive. It caused a lot of visible marks and didn't look pretty...but it was quick and easy at least haha :)

Do you know how to stop the auto cut-off feature? (it switches off automatically after 5 mins). I have Jet Fan 2 model.

I was informed you cannot easily disable the auto-off because it is hard-wired, electrical in origin. This and other features such as bluetooth may be considered in future models, we will have to wait and see.
