Killed it as always. Such attention to detail and so moving. Thanks for bringing this story to life.

❤ These are familiar stories even if you’ve never heard of these people before. You know their struggle and their pain, because it’s so common. My prayer is you’d know their hope as well.

The Vantage storytellers have been telling stories for years before making films. They bring stories of grace, redemption, and the deepest needs of mankind told in ways I understand anew. Thank you to all of those who played a role in this. I will be sharing it with friends and family.

Vantage has done it again...taking an all too familiar story and bringing it to life in our modern world. Incredible! The acting, cinematography, and editing are amazing with such attention to detail. Great job, and we look forward to seeing the next modern day parable from you all.

Wonderful portrayal of a familiar story told in an unfamiliar, perhaps more relatable, way. Only Calvary could grapple with and fully reconcile the paradox of both mankind's wrongdoing and injustices. Only one man could empathize with sins committed against us and toward us in one, final sacrifice. When we take something that doesn't belong to us, or have something taken from us, He pays the ultimate price, once and for all. Thank you for sharing this work! (Heb. 4:15-16)

Holy smokes wow! I think this short film captures the energy and emotion of what was happening! I hadn’t seen it told that way before. And to have the current time cross over made it feel really relative!

What a cool way to show the story of a character who compared to the wide story of those mentioned in scripture doesn’t get alot of time in the spotlight. But when he did he shined. And this film echos that!

"Someone needed to pay for what happened to my wife and son." Such a powerful line when understood through the perspective or redemption rather than revenge.

This helps us wrestle with our own sense of justice from both angles. We easily justify our sense of right and wrong. We all need to be redeemed and remade. Jesus remakes us into his image - Christ-like.

Fantastic job putting something in a modern perspective we can see. We know Jesus can forgive anything, but it’s amazing being reminded that He really does.
