The Holy Spirit so wonderfully gave me a Scripture in a dream recently: John 3:18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son!!!! Since I became born again nearly 2 years ago now I only enjoyed The Joy of The Lord within me for about 6 months.., in fairness after a life of depression and anxiety those 6 months were amazing I was in Heaven, living in and out of the Holy Union we share with The Son and The Father..., allowing them to live freely in me through The HOly Spirit that Jesus so powerfully gave to me in an encounter one evening. I've been completed discombobulated as to where the joy had gone ? It felt like I just woke up one morning and didn't have the desire to worship God anymore, His Word wasn't coming alive in me anymore.., everything changed! Slowly but surely though The Holy Spirit has been showing me that i've struggled to let go of the old me.., the old ways of thinking, feeling and being.., basically dying to self!!! But this Scripture really got me to thinking "see there is no condemnation for those in Jesus!!!" but I then began thinking "why then do I feel condemned ?' He showed me I had gone back to doubting God and all He has done for me in and through Jesus.., even back to unbelief which I seriously was not concsious of I was doing all the right things outwardly (relifiously!!!!) but my heart was definately not in it.., but I still very much wanted to be..., I think I went back to trying instead of trusting.., again not being consciously aware I was!!! Last week also I woke up with the words 'AWAKENINING' in my Spirit..., I wasn't sure what to make of them last week, but now I believe I'm awakening again!! and Jesus is awakening His People/The Church..., Thanks be to God!!!! I somewhere along the line through doubt let the spirit of condemnation get a hold of me again.., and the spirit of religion..., I've condemned myself and others (not meaning to!) who I've deemed not walking in the way we are supposed to..., but then a looked this morning at John 8 where the woman caught in adultery was brought to Jesus and how he looked down and starting writing in the sand (I believe this was the spirit of temperance in play.., he was buying himself some time before responding rather than reacting to them, using self-control!) and said "He that is without sin cast the first stone!" The religious spirit seriously condemns!!!! but Jesus said to her "I do not condemn you! go! and sin no more!" and I finally got it!!!! He isn't condemning me.., the religious evil wicked spirit is! I was that person as we all were before Christ! Caught in the act of adultery against our Beloved Heavenly Father God! But He never ever condemned us for it! All He ever wanted was that we realize the error of our ways.., that in our sin we have wronged Him, turned away from Him, and denied our truth!!!! On the cross The Spirit again so lovingly reminded me that an exchange took place..., Jesus perfect life, soul, everything, his sinlesness was substituted for our sin, imperfection etc.., etc.., once we accepted that we HAD a rebellious, sinful nature.., but God in His never ending Love for His Son and all us in Him.., gave His only begotten Son and His perfect Life up for us!!!!! I'm finally getting it! The moment I became born again.., all sin.., all guilt.., all shame.., all condemnation was taken into the body of Jesus Christ on that cross., and in our acceptance of His Finished Works.., the old me and you.., the sinful nature.., was ALL put to death! I really am not who I thought I was.., she was just a figment of my imagination.., a face I hid behind because of my guilt and shame..., Jesus Christ really has set me free! I am a NEW Creation! I am all that God says I am.., I do belong to HIM!.. I am pure, perfect, holy, kind, and have all the fruits of the Spirit in me..., Gods Nature..., because The Son and The Father throught their Spirit live in me and if you too are born again no matter what the religious condemnin spirit is saying to you..., IT IS DONE!!!! YOU ARE FREE! DO NOT LISTEN!!! Hold all your thoughts captive and gfive them to The Spirit.., go back to them with the truth..., speak the truth over you every single day until it starts to sink in brothers and sisters..., refuse to let satan hold you in chains again.., YOU ARE FREE for WHO THE SON SETS FREE IS.., IS...., IS FREE INDEED! Hallelulaj I'm finally thanks be to God getting it!!!! And My Prayer is all of you under the same evil wicked spirits receive it too! In Jesus Name x
