Whoopi Goldberg also did a one night only Cameo Appearance in The Lion King on Broadway. She played multiple roles throughout the performance including playing a double of her character's voice from the film Shenzi and even played a double of Rafiki. It was aired on THE VIEW!

uhm, The Phantom of the Opera is the Most susscesful Broadway Production as its been playing at this time for 20 years longer than Lion King had exsisted on Broadway. 26 years currently

Yes it’s from England, but the broadway phantom is just two years apart from west end version. Broadway phantom has celebrated their 30th anniversary this year! So technically phantom (Broadway version) has stayed longer than Lion King. Even if the og production is from West End. By the way, Debby is rocking it in that costume! :).
