Easy to build, only took 20 minutes to build with little one around. Just have to angle it right to get the last piece in!

FWIW: Pull the floor up, FIRST! THEN, pull up each side slightly and click the middle part (button underneath the center parts) to unlock them.

+canciondelcielo7 For us, as I recall, the organizer was basically all assembled. If it wasn't assembled for you, just make sure the different bars aren't mixed up. It was a little challenging to get the organizer to hook on firmly, but the main thing was that both hooks had to be evenly spaced (centered) on the end of the crib (not the sides).
