Disney California Adventure Park World Of Color Refurbishment 11/18/2021 Water Completely Drained

World of Color (WOC)at Disneyland Resort's Disney California Adventure (DCA) is currently under refurbishment after being out of commission during the COVID-19 shutdown. Even though DCA has reopened for months, work has only recently been started, as World of Color is set to return in 2022. As of now, all the water has been drained. In the earlier clip, you can see workers actively working on it, and setting up what looks like a tent. They're also repainting the rails on this particular day.
