Great video! I think Shu Todoroki is so far my favorite of the Neon Racers line! He has such cool flames! These Neon Racers were so hard to find! They came out in February and I didn't find them until April! You did a good job with this review! :)

How could you buy Shu Todoroki in Europe if those cars are only sold in Target and we don't have target here in Ireland which is in Europe ?

What I said in the video is that Shu Todoroki is only available here in the United States in the Target pack. You can buy him in Europe in a single package. I'm not saying every single country has him in a single packaging but many do. Thank you for watching!! :)
