Fantastic, just fantastic. The background and the diversity of custom artworks really brought me back to the good old days not just from the Diecasts line, but from the Cars French community where they made lots of edits about Cars versions of pop culture movies. By the way, I’ve just applied your Mack inner decals on my C3 mack, and they turned out great do sadly I couldn’t apply the floor decal correctly.

I agree and am aware, in fact almost considered not including it because I know it's cheap and typically I don't like joking about stuff like that, but I thought the screenshot I took was too perfect on top of the fact that it could be a Target exclusive, but I know in reality this one would never be releases compared to the possibility of some of the others.

Those are some really neat ideas for the Cars NASCAR toyline! I wish Mattel came up with ideas like that, then we could buy 'em all. In fact, they should come up with paint schemes for Cars versions of racers like Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, Jamie McMurray, Ryan Newman, Tony Stewart, Rusty Wallace, etc. Heck, they should include Lightning McQueen as a regular stock car and would have a yellow number 57 instead of the 95 and the King as an old stock car that looks like the 1981 Buick Regal, almost like Chick Hicks and would be painted in the 200th win paint scheme as well as Cal Weathers in his rookie paint scheme. Won't that be cool?

Exactly. This line would be a perfect opportunity to release things that wouldn't be canon, but are still cool like the Buick King and Rookie Cal as you said. Much better than the actual pointless made up cars they do like XRS, because I guarantee these would sell better. I can tell you are very educated on NASCAR. And as you said, Teaser Trailer racers! I sometimes facepalm knowing they haven't thought of such easy to do ideas. And how hard is it to photoshop artworks? Not hard at all, if I could do it, surely they could too. The problem is that cars made in Vietnam only reuse existing models and never make new ones. It's very sad to see how the line has declined. I try to keep it alive with things like this though, as much as I wish they were official, at least I can take the credit for all these good ideas, haha.

I have studied NASCAR when I was little, and I know those ideas I came up with aren't exactly canon to the Cars universe, but it would be cool to see actual diecasts of the racers seen from the 2005 teaser trailer for Cars 1, like the #57 Corrosion Seal racer, the #13 Nitroade racer, the #55 Trunk Fresh racer, the Pizza Planet and Al's Toy Barn racers, and so on and so forth and would have the various sponsors in front of and behind their front fenders and on their back fenders, like JLP animation, CDA 2319, American Car, Blort (I don't know what kind of sponsor that is), etc. As I said before, McQueen should be a true stock car in this toyline. Picture this: he'd be a true stock car with the same paint scheme, lightning bolts, both orange-yellow in his sides and chrome on his front fenders, the sponsor Rust-Eze, and instead of the number 95, he'd have the number 57. You know what I mean?

@@TheCarsShifter Yeah, Pixar also made McQueen a "one of a kind" race car by mixing different aspects of of other cars like the Corvette C6 and C1 and the Le Mans racer and NASCAR, just because John Lasseter, the director of Cars 1 and Cars 2, thought his design as a true stock car was "boring and flat" and wanted him to be a unique character that had a lot of curves. So having a car like that doesn't sound NASCAR-approved as well as the XRS and Shyster Cremlin (that's Chick Hicks' model) models. Don't you think?

​@@ThomasLover-fr8nh Exactly, I think that's where they went wrong with the NASCAR line. Honestly shocked they didn't wait until 2022 to do it also because of the new next gen wheel from real life, meaning they may have to remake them all. The line is a brilliant concept with lackluster execution. A lot of things in the Piston Cup wouldn't fly in NASCAR of course like the Superbird existing in 2006, McQueen's model as you said, and Rusty Cornfuel's spoiler. When you pick apart the movie, you can find a lot of things that contradict the real rules. I know a lot of John quotes and things he repeatedly says, but dang, you know your facts by heart down to the exact names of the models McQueen is based on.

OMG, chocolate was the nick name of a guy who worked for dale sr so it was such a good reference. the pass in the grass!!! Ive always thought that dale sr should be released as a diecast aswell as bill racelott. rookie darrell makes a lot of sence. terry labonte and mark martin ''the kid'' look great!! the 200th win the king looks sick!!! And glad you liked Mark, I almost wanted to do the U.S. Army version of him in a two pack of the 07' 500 finish. I would certainly like to make these as customs some day! I used Photopea, it's an Internet, knock off version of Photoshop that is completely free.

The only one that doesnt make sense to me is the 200th win the king, because his 200th win was his last win, which happened a couple of years before he retired, and the 200th win the king is im guessing a the king from a few years behind him since that is more accurate to richard petty's carreer. And in the 2005 season of cars ( the season the original first movie takes place) the king has the same amount of points as chick hicks and McQueen, but you have to get wins in a nascar season to get points. So unless the king drove the 200th win scheme during an earlier race of the season ( which probably didn't happen because it happened a few years back) then there is no way the king could have been in the top 3 points if he didnt win any races.

I am aware, in fact, the only reason I kept the real names for most releases in this video was because those old racer names are just so good and character like to the point it would be pointless to come up with new names or carified ones because I find that cheap in most cases, but yea, they wouldn't use the real names of course. I know they wouldn't do Sr., but maybe if they renamed him or made it less obvious it would be possible. I know L.W. Wright also has a low chance because they wouldn't want to promote a criminal, but they could take inspiration from it for the design for a Trunk Fresh racer and just not call it that, so that's also very possible. And Juan is a joke of course that I just had to make because it could be a Target exclusive and the screenshot I took for it was just too perfect, but thank you! You seem to be pretty educated on this stuff!
