The 2nd logo reuses footage (the kids jumping through the filmstrips) from the Zoog era. They just added the 2002-2007 Disney Channel logo, removed all the Zoog references and changed the music. I remember it originally had “It’s the right time for a Zoog Movie, yeah!”

I miss the older rebrands of Disney Channel. I started to watch it in 2012, that was my childhood, and I miss that times. In 2014 the logo changed and it was rebranded, but it didn't lose any of the channel's magic... The 2014 rebrand was nice. And if the logo (and the rebrand) is changed in 2014,then why don't we have the 2014 rebrand, instead the stupid one what we have now. I think Disney Channel has died in 2017. :( (And just the same happened with Boomerang in 2015)

2:54 was my first encounter when I was finished watching a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and then a Disney Channel movie is about to begin and the first movie I watched in my own home is none other than Bolt! And at 6:13, it was my first encounter when I was about watch the first Ice Age movie and this is the exact logo introduction that I remembered when I was a kid. Ahh... They do air theatrical films, except it has to be sometime after it has left theaters, like 2-3 years. For example, High School Musical 3 Senior Year was in theaters in 2008, but it wasn't until 2010 that it was shown on Disney Channel.
