The kites are a "stack" of delta type stunt kites with lighting attached. The pilot id controlling the dual line kites with two control lines as he is perched facing backwards on a jet ski. No motors, that is the trailing edge of the kites fabric "wing" flapping to generate the sound. -Sirby
