What is the best crop for money in early, mid and late game in DISNEY Dreamlight Valley, which crops you should farm to make the most amount of money.

Someone did an experiment where they tested pumpkins with how many farming companions they had. The more farming companions, the more bonus drops you get, and she was skipping the golden ones, where you can pull out 10 or so, to make it fair. Seemed the more you had, the better yields you got.

Love your videos! I would be interested to see an experiment of farming with a companion between different crops. Do they all have the same bonus rates? I didn’t know the crops that give 3 had less companion output, that’s interesting. Thanks for the fun videos! 🎃

Canola needs too much watering, it doesn't rain much in my game. I found okra to be the best for me personally. I tried asparagus, onion, carrot, canola, tomato, cucumber, spinach, eggplant and okra. You don't get as many bonus okra from your example, but for me, I still made the most money with okra than any other crop I tried before I unlocked pumpkins.

I have had a friend in game give me up to 3 pumpkins off of a single harvested pumpkin plant. Personally I plant my crops in sets of 99, typically 3 rows of 33, since you can buy seeds at a maximum of 99 at a time. Not to mention too that in that crop of 99 planted pumpkins the bonus plant will pop up occasionally too. So on its own in that crop I can at minimum harvest 99 pumpkins but I've also at least tripled that from a single harvest.

It's okra for me I have a large plot 144 if it starts raining I plant because there is no more watering after that and I can come back later and harvest, it's set and forget also the Glade is a nice open space without having to move anything or change the scene. And pumpkins obviously are always on the go.

My canola needs watering 3X after planting before it sprouts. Why don't *you* have to water them after the initial planting? Answered my own question: you must get more rain, lol.

I currently need 60,000 coins to upgrade my house, extra storage in my backpack and do the next upgrades of Remy and Scrooge! 😱😱 I have been farming Bell Peppers but seemed to be getting low returns. I think I'll give Canola a try. Cheers 👍 imScott 🤓🤓

I was farming with Wall-E, who is at level 10 friendship, and he was giving me 3 extra pumpkins per plant.

I think Onions are better than canola if you’re not just harvesting. I have a massive onion field and get $200,000 each sell. I don’t have frosted or forgotten unlocked yet. It takes less time to water things twice than it does to harvest and replant the canola over and over again. Too much of a grind for the payoff.

There is a glitch where if you plant your crops but don't water them exit the game and enter the game when it is raining the crops instantly grow. I'm on ps4 don't know if it works on all platforms

Happened to me on the switch! I just randomly plant and don’t water them I just use the rain planted about 400 then logged off cos it needed a charge, logged in an hour later and it was raining and they were grown fully

Hey man idk about your logic about the crops that give you 1 being the most “efficient”. If the drop rate for the bonus crop remains the same then why harvest 2 when you can harvest 4? Why does the efficiency of the companion even matter and not the end result? You have to compare crops by the money shield after you harvest from the same amount of holes on the ground
