We used Tui this time and previously went with British Airways, we're actually flying with Virgin next which we have not done yet. Can highly recommend the Thai. We always Tip but the amount usually depends on how much we spend and how good the service was. There's usually a few tip suggestions calculated on the bill which is helpful. 😊
