Welcome to the Lorcana family. A sliced box means that it could have been opened and had packs weighed for enchanteds..... also, ravensburger did a second and possibly 3rd printing of chapter 1. The singles are super cheap expect for some legendary staples. Build a deck by buying singles.

so if seal is broken u cant refund item? eaven if u can refund, u propably would pay for shipping box back to them right? and ye plus they cant refund shipping that u already pays for delivery

I’m not entirely sure what you’re saying, but yea they have a strict no refunds policy which stinks. Yes I get there are malicious scammers out there trying to refund opened product, but it would be nice if they at least opened an investigation with their distributor. I’ve been a long time customer for them.

@@poketrainernic Well, u pay them to ship box to u so if u get refund they have to refund that plus shipping to them, now that box was taped(sealed), then someone cut the tape(seal), thats not the factory mistake, either way they store u bought, they should've check the box before selling, so they are responcible for selling it to u, not Ravensburge as they said. Ravensburge is responsible to store u buyed from, so if that store sell to someone else, then they are responible to the seller, and so on, i hope u understood me :)
