My favorite thing about the new Merlin, is it's color identity ensures that it's powerful effect is best serving under-represented color combinations. Amethyst Sapphire (sorcerers), Sapphire Emerald (morph), Sapphire Amber (support) . Instead of a tutor effect that just auto slots in to an existing meta deck.
