If you don't mind the new Dragon shield outers. Any sleeves are usable in my opinion.

I gues it's not just me then. I've been pretty disappointed with my chapter 1 sleeves and how "sticky" they are and how much they catch on each other. I got them for my kids, but my kids can't shuffle with them on! And the Gamegenic outer sleeves are pretty matte which, when combined with the matte plastic on the art sleeves, makes the cards very difficult to see clearly across the table.
