You could change Hiram to ONLY work when questing (not on being played) OR Reduce him to 4 or 5 willpower OR Reduce him to only draw 1 And he would still be a top tier card. You could do all 3 and he might still get played. That's how powerful that card is.

I agree. People are talking about Bucky being OP, but Hiram is broken.

Bucky was necessary BECAUSE cards like hiram. Until diablo, no other color then blue had such extremely op draw suppport like blue with hiram and pawpsicle. Its a kind of counter measure. And steel has many ways to deal with bucky.

I've watched a couple videos of yours and i've noticed that on turn 3 when you have the option to quest with bucky against an empty oponents board - why don't you? When playing a deck that has no low cost rush characters that is? (playing against a deck that isnt red or purple)
