i understand you want to keep your drawings diverse, but you fail to keep in mind that ‘skinny’ is a body type as well. it’s OKAY to draw skinny girls as well as thicker girls. ariel is skinny. we love you, you won’t get in trouble for being diverse, and you’re an amazing artist! 💕

Brothers Grimm / Hans Christian Anderson commonly known fairy tales are originally written in an adult and horror-romance- suspense-dramatic sense, Disney simply made it child-friendly so as to not terrify kids. this excludes stories about Mulan, Pocahontas, etc.
