It was her name on the plate so I think it was a way of showing her revolting..(Like how the children in Matilda fought back against that headmistress) it might've been a way of showing how she cut herself out of the family

Fun fact: (if you didn't know) Dolores's new power is not to silence others pr people's voices. Her new power is to remove sounds or noises which is why she broke her plate to experiment if it'll make a sound which it didn't. (You're welcome)

So with Bell, she already killed multiple innocent people and a child, so in my mind she’s basically numb to stuff like that and views most of what she’s seeing as entertainment, and with Tinker she doesn’t really care since she has no emotional attachment to anyone in the room, plus she has also killed a child, so I think she’s more proud of the person because there standing up for what they want, like how she did when it came to Peter not leaving neverland, and killing Wendy, I would also like to say in these reaction videos Bell and Tinker are the only one’s who have actually gone through with what’s happening in the video there reacting to! Everyone else is viewing something that could happen in the future! Hope this helps a bit and thank you!!!
