Since the last time I saw this live (circa 2006-2007), the animatronic for Simba has been visibly upgraded, as has Timon's face. This has always been my favorite show at any Disney park, with Aladdin (DCA) in second.

that simba takes my breath away. i used to force my family to go watch that one lion king puppet show that used to be in the magic kingdom. mom and sisters hated it but me and my grandfather could not get enough of it. after watching this video a long time ago i made my family watch it and it took my breath away. Lion king was always my favorite movie with lion king being such a popular movie i always think they would do more with it at the parks. i hope they do add more like in parades and stuff.

This is one of the first shows we saw as a family at WDW in 2009. I smiled, I teared, and I cried. I get all the feels every summer when we go see this. I saw it on your site here and thought well, It's 103 days until our next trip and I need a fix, I will give it a watch, but the feels probably won't be the same. His head actually was articulated for a time, then it wasn't, and then it went back to being articulated again. Also, Simba's feet moved from 1998 to 2008, then the movement was put back into the feet in 2009 and it has been that way ever since.

I'm a 61 y/o man. Been to Disney World 3 times and this show was my favorite!!! It should be a law that everyone in our country gets a free week at Disney World in their lifetime. To experience the closest thing to "imagination" in real life❤️. To become a child again for a week does the body, mind, and soul wonders.

One lady actually screamed when he scared us all. Then came over at the finale to do high 5’s. I was trying to take video and had the same one get right in my view.
