We use Genie+ in a party of 8 to ride SO MANY RIDES, and also enjoy a fireworks dessert party for our first time, have a delicious breakfast at Steakhouse 71, the best breakfast on Disney property, watch the Festival of Fantasy Parade, get soaked in the rain in a huge lightning and thunderstorm, see so many new updates like the NEW 50th anniversary addition to Disney Enchantment fireworks with Walt and Mickey Mouse, new updates to the People Mover and Carousel of Progress and more! We ride SO MANY RIDES, enjoy so many of our family's favorite attractions, and find out about using Genie+ and booking Lightning lanes in a bigger group, phad fun in a huge tropical storm with beautiful Haunted Mansion views! From what I saw on my trip there about a month and a half ago, Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios are the best candidates for Genie+. To use a baseball reference, those two parks combined are the 1927 Yankees when it comes to attractions.

Enchantment is definitely WAY better with the new introduction, I’m still way more excited about HEA’s return than I ever have been about Enchantment’s run, but I’m glad that they seem to be leaning into the nostalgia a bit more. I know space mountain is a bit rough but it's so much fun but my favorite ride at Magic Kingdom has to be haunted mansion such a classic ride and the rain doesnt really bother me as long as it doesn't thunder and it's not windy and the wait times are always accurate i got on pirates and it was a walk on.

That's awesome that you got to go on many rides in one day!! I remember going on FL's version of the Buzz Lightyear ride. My family and I like Disneyland's version of the ride better! The new Tron attraction looks like a fun ride to go on! I saw Shanghai's video of the ride!! I heard the Magic Kingdom's fireworks is changing back to Happily Ever After but I think my family and I saw that one when we first came there 4 years back since we did do the dessert party!! After seeing someone's video of Disney Enchantment, I like both versions of the fireworks show!!

We always do the after party because, like you said, you get the first choice of hub grass and then because you can enjoy your desserts as the park empties out instead of being rushed to go get a spot in the “grass”.

Yea definitely after doing it, the after party seems the better option. It’s good to know the before party feels rushed too. I think part of why ours felt rushed too is bc of all the delays, but I bet it would have been even more rushed if we had the before one!

Well I’ve been open with my feelings about it in many past videos. I have a love/hate. I hate using it and find it to be a pain. But I love when Sam handles it and I can just use the lightning lanes without having to do it 😂😂😂 I don’t love the system tho, I’ve shared that many times. But hey, when it works, it works, so I try to share the tips to make it easier for others trying to use it.

Hi, this was Magical. I'm sitting around, because a few days Ago I had Dental Surgery wisdom teeth removed, and I'm swelled and in pain have to take 600mg pain pills to help. Have a weather radar app on your phone. It helps track weather. I got one mostly to track hurricanes but it helps with how severe a storm that is coming is. Honestly the storm that hit Disney wasn’t too bad as it hit Seminole county too. It just threw down huge amounts of lightning and a funnel cloud was near Epcot for a while it never touched land just looked crazy as it was right behind the ball.

I do Andy, I've shown my weather apps in several vlogs, I use My Radar and a few others, I LOVE tracking weather! We knew it would rain, it wasn't a surprise, hence the ponchos and umbrellas. :) Gotta have a weather app in Florida! We were considering a dessert party for our next trip, but are a bit unsure now seeing this less-than-glowing review. Wish you could expound on why exactly it got so chaotic. Just having a designated area to get out of the crowd seems nearly worth it, but you really seemed bummed. Great video as always!

We did the after dessert party in march and loved it. We booked it again for October. We had a great view with plenty of space to move. There was a lot of dessert options plus cheese and fruits. plenty of drinks, wine, and beer. I highly recommend it.

Maybe it’s one of those things they depends on the night. There are other events I’ve been to where everything went perfect but someone else will come and tell me their experience wasn’t good. So it’s partly subjective and partly depends on the night I guess. Y’all know I’m usually very positive and I’m also not saying anything over the top negative here. Just that im torn on whether it was worth it and that it didn’t feel organized and the dessert party felt rushed. But we still had fun. I’d be willing to try it again and see if it’s better another night.

Yea things are so different than they used to be that now it takes a lot of research and prepping to do it best. I wish ir was like it used to be where you could just show up and not have to plan so much, but it’s so incredibly popular that dining reservations sell out and lines can be very long, so the prep work can help make things more enjoyable. Joining some Disney planning Facebook groups can help too, they get into nitty gritty details of planning!

I’m sure someone has told you by now but you wave at those statues like you would wave at a person. Also there is a setting on the app for motion or something along those lines I believe it what I had heard.

My family has only been to Disney once, five years ago. We had fun, but it was a little frustrating then. Now with Lightning Lane it seems more confusing. After the carefreeness that we experienced at Universal I can’t talk my husband into going back to Disney. 😢
