My family and I had lunch at Maria and Enzo's last April and the food was excellent. Everyone loved their meals, Please take care walking Gracie by the water. The gators are very quick and will go after your pets and have been known to get their owners in the process. We want you both to be safe!

We just got home today from our Disney trip. We must’ve just missed you at the Springs. Thank you so much for all of your tips about Disney. Peanut Butter and Chocolate Swirl and Banana Bread Chocolate Chip cookies from Gideon's were both amazing! I tried them both on my first trip ever to Disney. I really wish there was a way to get those cookies without having to actually go there. I would definitely order a lot of them. I also went to Maria and Enzo's for food(I think it was dinner)once while there as well, and me and my friends were actually sitting at the table next to the one you were sitting at. Food there was absolutely amazing, and I loved the interior design and general atmosphere there. Good video as always and looking forward to the next one.

Last year, I did some research on how to make an authentic Italian Bolognese sauce. Then, I hunted down imported Italian tomato products so that I could recreate the Italian taste here in northern Michigan. For an authentic dish, there is no sugar added, ever. Instead, fresh carrots and celery are used. Over 6 hours of cooking on the stove, the carrots melt away and leave behind their sweetness, balancing the acidity of the tomatoes. It's otherworldly.
