Bill cipher couldn't kill the collector because his abilities aren't powered by titan magic but the collector couldn't kill Bill cipher either for a long as Bill Ciphers mind is intact he is fine and the collector shows little sign of the ability to destroy minds but he can trap Bill definitely as he has done it to Luz and her friends

Um bill cipher would win against alastor but small issue alastor is technically already dead and Bill cipher has no access for angelic magic or weapons while alastor can call up Camilla carmine to give him that win

@Bruh-cx4xk but take it to the hell prospective ok you can't kill a demon normally with magic or Normal weapons but alastor did break space to topple overlords and don't forget he is in a deal with a higher entity that won't let him go at full potential so if alastor was to get out the deal he has a full potential in power and attack bills eye first as it takes long to regenerate it and plus alastor would get a shotgun from his time and have Carmella forge it with angelic metals and kill Bill not like Alex hersh is already helping with him anyways
