Disney World 2022 | Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom | episode 7

Time for another Disney in Detail Disney World vlog from our January 2022 trip. Today we head to Hollywood Studios to ride Rise of The Resistance and Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway. Then it's off to Wilderness Lodge for a break before heading to the Magic Kingdom for dinner at Tony's Town Square and extra park hours. I love the carrot cake cookie! So good!.. We’ll be staying at Saratoga Springs in December. What did you think of the resort and bus transportation to and from the parks? I’m hoping the buses run frequently.

They were very frequent but first thing in the morning they can be busy and you have to stand sometimes

Do you not see times in the Disney World App? Wondering if there is a difference for what you see vs what we see? Asking because the app has the wait times for the rides, but I never hear you refer to that instead you go to the ride.

Yes, we do sometimes look at them in the app but like to point them out as we’re walking around especially at Hollywood Studios which is quite small so everything is quite close together anyway 😊

Silly question- do you only get these extra hours at night if you are staying onsite or can you book them please? X

You get the extra evening hours if you’re staying in a Deluxe or DVC resort. Everyone staying onsite gets an extra 30mins early entry each morning which you don’t have to book, you just need to have your park reservations 😊

No the tiredness is definitely because of the 16 hour days 😂 we eat plenty of veggies at home but don’t worry about that on vacation.
