Disney World | Breakfast Pizza Rides Again! Trattoria al Forno & Helicopter Hijinks

Jess and I split off at the beginning of our day with our respective moms, then we meet up at Trattoria al Forno! We get the breakfast pizza again (just to make sure it holds up to my exacting standards…spoiler alert - it does), then we hop over to Epcot! I then head to a cocktail party for my agency convention in the evening before Jess and I recap our day.

Jess, for future reference they do give you a grace period for lightening lanes. Not sure how late you were when you realized that but it may be worth heading over to the ride and explaining to the cast member and there’s a good chance they will let you ride

Just FYI regarding lightning lane for future…if you are late for a lightning lane you just need to be nice to the person who monitors entry and explain why you’re late and they almost always let you through regardless. We’ve done this many times and haven’t had an issue up to 2 hours late (we also have young kids that often delay us for multiple reasons).

Just so you know if you miss a genie plus again, we were over an hour late for one in April because we did a similar thing and they let us on no issue!

Yes there is a grace period! And if you ever have issues or if the tide is down during your window always ask a cast member for help and they can usually work their magic 😊💖

I think the duck might have been a Black Coot. We have a lot of them here in Germany, but we call them “Blässhuhn” (pale chicken)😂 Love your vlogs and all the best to you!

The mystery bird Benita And Gigi saw was a Coot. The look like a duck when swimming but more like a very small egret when they walk around. They are everywhere here in Florida.

Random onfo in the iced coffee, in Aus if you order an iced coffee at a cafe you’ll get similar to what you guys received with your breakfast often with ice cream in it too. If you want just iced milky coffee we call them iced lattes

That was our experience last March in California. We were so bummed because California Adventure closed a 5 pm that day and we spent most of that day in just a handful of lines. What a cash grab 😢
