Disney World vlog 2023 episode 8 🏰 Last night in the Magic Kingdom and heading home ✈️

Join us for the final Disney vlog from our February 2023 trip to Walt Disney World. We spend a bit of time at the Contemporary resort before heading over to the Magic Kingdom for the last evening of the trip. We get to ride lots of our favourite attractions with a low wait and stay right until closing. The next day it's off to the airport for a VERY empty flight home with British Airways. 20:05 we bought a glass Xmas decoration just like this (with mickey in) and they wrapped it loads and put it inside a box. I took the box as carry on but it made it home in one piece 👍🏻

Loving your WDW series. I’m going to Disney World in July for my honeymoon. Do you have any top tips? Weather, crowds etc.

Early start in the parks, take a break in the middle then stay late to do the attractions with a lower wait time. Take a handheld fan with you for that time of year and drink loads of water!

Hi Victoria great vlogs we are staying in universal dockside are are going to disney aswell will are getting ubers to and from, herd the ubers are cheaper if you get them from a disney resort instead of outside the parks is this true? Many thanks

Hi 👋🏻 It depends what time you leave the park. If you leave at a busy time you often get surge pricing. If that happens you can hop on a Disney bus to any resort and get one from there and it would be cheaper without the surge pricing. Hope that helps 😊

Hi Victoria, You have made a great deal of "resting" in the Disney hotels this trip. In this vlog, you are staying off Disney and yet still spent a very long time "resting" in the Contemporary. My understanding is that only resort guests can visit other resorts. Is this not the case? If you are staying in a Disney resort you are able to visit other resorts but you were staying at Universal Studious. Please could you clarify this point.

Hi, Anyone can visit the Disney resorts regardless of where you’re staying as long as you arrive using the Disney transportation and not by car. Hope that helps 🙂

Yes, only resort guests can use pools, gyms, laundry etc but anyone can visit for a look around or to eat in the restaurants etc.
