Loved this vlog Hayley! I know Sydney will love it too in the years to come. I wish I had something like this to look back on from my Disney trip 20 years ago. Love this Vlog....I have rediscovered my love for Disney...I live in Florida and have been may times as a kid, teen and adult but it is even more magical with my newly 2 year old....we have taken her twice this year most recently for her 2nd birthday 2 weeks ago..If you get the chance, you must go to Mickey’s very Merry Christmas Party and/or the Mickey’s not so scary Halloween party...this VLOG is bringing back all the memories of our trip 2 weeks ago.

I can't wait to take my boys one day! They're still too little to really grasp the experience. My oldest just turned 2 and my youngest is 6 months old. But I have learned so many money saving tricks and ideas from you, whenever we do end up going! I'm not one of those people who can just get up and go to Disney on a Tuesday like its a trip the park. Lol I will have to plan way ahead and work it in my budget, etc. And you've helped me with so many great ideas. I'm so glad y'all had fun!! Relatable Rachel I did great! I avoided the spinning rides but took Dramamine & wore my sea bands, made sure I had plenty to drink & eat too. Pandora still made me nauseous but that was it.

Sandy Colin I totally forgot to mention in the videos about the travel day 🤦‍♀️ First of all, Sydney was incredible! 🙌 Secondly, the flights there were horrible for myself. I was extremely sick for 4 hours straight 😩 and it was torturous. Flight home was great. About 3 hours and we all slept for 90% of it haha.

How in the world did u all keep getting fast passes?? I’m an annual pass holder and we have a 3 y/o and I’ve never gotten on as many rides as u all! I need your secret.

Hi Annette! We sorta got lucky with the fast passes that day! We originally had 3 each. Hayley had jungle cruise, big thunder, and Peter Pan. I had jungle cruise, Peter Pan, and Mine train. We rope dropped Jungle cruise, so I modifed the orignal jungle cruise fast pass to dumbo. Hayley's used her fast pass for big thunder and I got the rider swap so I could ride. During our window for Peter pan the ride was down so it automatically gave us a "Any experience" fast pass. So decided to let Hayley and Sydney ride Peter Pan and I used my any experience fast pass for Space Mountain, in turn getting Hayley a rider swap. Once all 3 of our original fast passes were use I immediately went on the app and booked another one for us. As long as you keep using them you can go back on the app and grab one more at a time if there are some available! Hopefully that makes sense there is a lot of science behind it but the child swap definitely helped both of ride all the big rides 😊

This is a riot at the beginning because Sydney is taking everything in ever so soberly. Really focused. Now and then she almost cracks a smile, but she is watching and absorbing it all. Did she like the honeydew? Did she eat well when it was time? You were probably wise to forego the twirling, rotating teacups. Ah-ha, she waved back to some waving characters on a ride. Hope she made it through Peter Pan because it would be a shame to miss Tinker Bell or Nana or the croc. One good thing is you can afford all the calories from the food and drink because you are doing so much walking around the park. I am sure the Peter Pan Float tasted as refreshing as it looked. Of course Sydney liked the lime sorbet. She really does have a rather sophisticated palate for her age. You give her such a good variety at home. It is so important to get them to eat and drink on schedule not just to give them energy and to keep them hydrated, but they also have no understanding that there is not a fridge/pantry full of food back at the hotel room in event they chose to wait for snacks. Did the bus take you back to your hotel?

Philippa Pay I’m editing the next Disney vlog now & the difference in her excitement is crazy haha Day 1 she took it all in, like you said. It’s so overwhelming for them at first. She ate great & loved every ride!! We took Disney buses to the parks and back to our hotel for free ❤️🙌

@@TresChicMama No doubt. She figured out what all the other kids were doing and that not everyone was taller than she is. That first day she was just so absorbed at watching and listening and she was paying serious attention. Plus sooner or later she was bound to find a dance party. So, glad she ate well at the restaurants because she's a good eater and might have gotten unhappy if she didn't eat. It was a gift that she took that long nap, too.
