I found a movie mistake in Zootopia! At the part where Nick and Judy get stuck in the museum hole. Dawn Bellwether comes up with two other sheep goons but right before the scene cuts you can clearly see another sheep coming up. So there were three for a second but then two for the rest of the scene.

Judy has a pink shirt and then her cop uniform again because in early versions of Zootopia, they made Judy very homesick and made her change her clothes into her pink shirt. But I guess in that small 5 second scene, they forgot to take away the pink color.

its a scaling phenomenon, smaller animals perceive things at a faster speed, so bigger objects seem to move slower vise versa bigger objects perceive smaller things faster so it's hard to say.
