The park was built really pretty but God is the game annoying

I only found it annoying, for the og kinect, less so on xbox one kinect and not at all with remote .though that's just my opinion

Assuming that they didn't change it, the criteria to unlock the parade is to unlock all the tools you get from characters. (The camera, magic wand, laser blaster, megaphone, spyglass, baton and water pistol)
