After just being in the parks for Halloween a week or so ago and seeing the offerings myself for the first time ever, this video just felt like a warm comforting hug. The fact you can experience so much spooky season fun in Disneyland and DCA without having to do Oogie Boogie Bash is amazing! The decorations, overlays, characters, and treats just bring so much more magic to the park. Even the Dapper Dans Halloween set in their themed outfits feels all the more special

I just got back from DL, it was my first trip in 30 years. I kept telling my sister (we are both former CMs at WDW) how astounded I was at how much Halloween immersion and characters you get without having to pay for a party. DL truly is charming, I’m already planning a trip back!

I remember the first time I went to the Nightmare Before Christmas overlay on Haunted Mansion, I thought it was going to be just a few added things. I was wowed by everything they were able to accomplish. It was so different. In my opinion, it is a big improvement too.

The BEST iteration of the DCA drop tower will always be "Late Check Out". Unfortunately, it only graced the park for a limited time right before the attraction was shut down for the Mission Breakout re-design. I wish Hollywood Studios would do "Late Check Out" during the Halloween season. Also, as soon as I saw you guys getting the Garlic Cheesy Pretzel Bread, I knew the reaction was going to be one of disgust and disappointment...at just how good a Disneyland snack is compared to WDW. That Garlic Cheesy Pretzel Bread is bonkers good. If you come back out here, try it with the marinara sauce as well.

I am so glad I got to experience Disneyland and DCA at Halloween. It is so much fun! I thought Molly’s hysterical laughter on Tow Mater’s was an exaggeration, until I experienced it for myself. It is not at all an exaggeration. I laughed hysterically the entire time too! It’s just so much fun! I highly recommend going to Disneyland and DCA at Halloween. Both parks are elevated to the next level and I just love Halloween.
