That area of DLP for me is by far the most beautiful. At night it looks absolutely stunning.

Our steaks at Chez Remy were meant to be medium, but came out very pink inside, almost raw in places.. and very chewy! The service we had was poor also, they served our mains when still trying to finish our starters and just threw things at us saying nothing. Everything was barely warm too.. shame it couldn't be a nicer experience 😔 - especially for the price!

Chez remy is always one of those restaurants that I always think I would love to visit once for the experience but can’t warrant the money for food I know I wouldn’t usually choose.

We just got back yesterday, it was really wonderful. The parks were definitely quieter than in November. But we both agree the pre Christmas 🎄 time in November is so magical and the music and decorations are fantastic. But ratatouille was really good. We were seated in a more quiet area this time. I had salad and my partner the soup both were great. The steak was great and the brie sauce really yummy. The vegetables stew was enjoyed too! As was the chocolate moose... not sure of I spelt that right! 🤔 I really hope you all get to go. I think pirates restaurant has the best themes and environment.

I’m glad she apologized and I hope she learned front it. Thankfully you’re there all the time, someone else may not have been able to come the next day. Hopefully going forward she will make better choices and not do that to someone else. When you go again for sure try 1 of the other entrees. We tried 3 of the mains the chicken, cod, and steak and liked all but the steak. This was our review… My husband liked his starter, the salad, but did not like his main, the steak. He ordered it medium but it was served very, very, very, rare. He also said the cut of the steak was just generally not very good. He would not order it again. My kids both enjoyed their main courses, they had the roasted chicken and the cod. Both had the seasonal soup, and thought it was ok, and both didn’t like their kids dessert. They got the eclair, and they both thought it was the worst thing they ate all visit. I agree, it was awful. Had a cute presentation on the plate though. I enjoyed both my starter, the soup, and my main, the cod. I would definitely eat both again, they were both very good! Our server was very nice and friendly and our food came quickly. I will add it was odd to me that there were no more reservations available when we went, fully booked the entire day, but the restaurant was practically empty. That seemed a shame since more tables could have been made available but they weren’t. Maybe they do that on purpose to make it seem more popular than it is? idk. Overall, we all loved the theming and would recommend going just for that! For the food we would recommend all but the kids eclair and the steak. 🐀 Also, some bonus info, the ratatouille is exactly the same as what’s served in Epcot. I thought that was a fun touch! In Epcot it’s available in crepes in the France pavilion.

Thank you very much for the review. I love your restaurant reviews, they're always fun. I would actually love to see you try something different, because I watched a couple of reviews of this restaurant and it seems like everyone always gets the steak and then sais it was fine but nothing special. So I'd really like to see what the other options are like.

Me and my big sister went to Disneyland Paris in 2019 June and it was amazing honestly the best 4 days of my life and I can’t wait when I can go back hopefully we might get to try bistro chez remy love you and your videos Sam glad you had a lovely time and it’s nice to see the staff being professional and apologetic ❤

Love chez Remy ❤ only last time i found out that the starters are not a lot to choice for me because some of my food allergies, the castmember was so helpful to help me with choice the starter

The beurre blanc with the fish is very good (or at least was when I went in 2022) if you want to try 😊 Happy you could resolve the reservation problem and that the manager presented you sincere apologies.

We have never visited Chez Remy coz we were worried the kids wouldn't eat the food 😂 it is well worth it for the decor tho ,looks amazing and I will defo add it to a my bucket list for next time :)

Quiet pricey for the portion size! The soup looked good…that steak was lovely. I like mine 3 1/2 minutes each side…. It’s the name and theming you pay for…. Glad you were finally able to have your meal here…. I REALLY wish DLP had a Be My Guest restaurant and ride like Tokyo….👍🇬🇧

Been to Florida and Paris still my favourite themed restaurant. One thing for France is steak is rare when u ask medium 😂😂 that’s the French for me but we have had it twice and was enjoyable. I would say better than majority of food in US but definitely needs a big refresh overall on menu after so many years

Too bad you can’t choose for a main course and dessert. You have to eat a starter regardless of your menu choice.

Have you ever tried anything except the steak at Chez Remy?

I went to Bistrot Chez Remy last month, and was very underwhelmed. The Pate en Croute was flavorless, the steak was tough and gristly, the ratatouille was a pile of mushy indistinguishable diced vegetables, the fries were average, and the mousse was nothing to write home about. Definitely NOT worth the price, IMO. The only thing I enjoyed was the theming of the restaurant.

I speak fluent French and so was able to communicate well with my server, the quality of the meat was absolutely awful, so stringy and inedible. Even my son's chicken dish was like the scraps left over in a fryer. The taste of the soup and salad were ok. The service was awful though and our waiter was pretty incompetant, even had to be reminded multiple times for orders and completely didn't understand the allergen folder! He told us that my son could eat all of the things that were gluten containing, when it's the opposite! (Thankfully I did understand as I'm used to it and could read it myself ) Disneyland Paris are pretty awful for allergies and coeliac, such a shame compared to what I hear about US. As someone who has worked in the industry before I know mistakes can be made etc..but apart from the decor I really would not recommend , you will walk away hungry. There are much better places to eat, where you will at least be able to eat what you pay for! I really like downtown and heard that Walts is good. Won't go back to chez remy unless they improve things, including a real desert that isn't only fruit.. Just not worth it for the poor quality of food. I understand it's Disney and prices are elevated but I think that they need to improve things.

I agree, the meat is kinda chewy, which is a shame… but the theming and the atmosphere is phenomenal! i really really love it there! but i wish you could order the ratatouille by itself bc it‘s actually SO good and idk why they only serve you so little of it 🥲
