My top tips for newbies 1 eat in the queues 2 take a battery charger for your phone 3 join queues during the parades 4 don't be afraid to use the "other" bathroom ie men use womens women use men's 5 take medication with you, I took children’s paracetamol for my daughter just incase 6 wear waterproofs not the ponchos, I'm Scottish so VERY use to the rain and cold but my gosh when your not moving in a queue you feel it. 7 refillable water bottle I'm sure I've got more but they're my top ones 👍👍👍

I just came back from dlp and it was a cold rainy day. I was wearing some layers, a winter coat, a scarf, gloves and leather boots. I stayed warm the whole time except for the 45min wait outside. But the whole day we tried to switch between lines inside and outside so we could get warm in between rides. Hope this helps for everyone. Oh and I brought a foldable umbrella. This was very helpful!

yay a mention in a video! I think you are right the accent usually lets them know. I must have sounded too french when i was saying Bonjour because all the staff spoke to me in French but if my fiance said bonjour then they would speak English to him haha thats when a cast member told me to say both Bonjour and Hello so people know im English. I guess I take that as a compliment that my accent was that good!

I appreciated the question about what footwear. At Disney World in Florida, everyone wears sneakers and sandals. They also wear shorts and t-shirts. In fact, we can usually tell the foreigners because they are dressed nicer. :) Like the person said, every video and article tells Americans not to wear sneakers and athletic wear if they don't want to stand out. But in the video it looked like everyone was wearing sneakers! I don't want to stand out too much on my ride from Paris to Disneyland. I was also wondering if it is common for people to wear shorts in public (nicer shorts of course)? We will be going in probably May of 2022 (after things get back to normal). Thank you!

Newbie to DLP Video - say that five times fast! I've already been (and sadly did not see my favorite vloggers;), but these were so great and you covered a lot of the questions I had before my first visit! Especially for Americans, it can be very intimidating! But I watched your other videos before I left and it really helped. And OMG the Ferris Bueller reference at the end had me rolling . . . totally worth getting wet for, Elise!

Hey guys, I will ask this in English, just in case there are other people wondering the same thing. I just came back from dlp and I loved it. I am now considering a year pass but I kind of want to know if it's worth it. How many times will I have to visit Disney in one year? Are the hotels actually cheaper with the discount that comes with the pass compared to a hotel 15 min away from Disney? Is it true that I can bring up to 20 people in one year time and they have a huge discount on disney tickets and if so, can I also book hotel rooms with my pass for those friends? So let's say I will take my brother and his gf, but I want them to have their own room. I hope you guys can help so I can decide what to do. Thank you so much in advance! ❤️

I would like some info regarding the annual passes too and if they are worth the money 😊
@femkewagemakers50785 жыл бұрын
@@myssen011 You can choose between 4 different passes in different price ranges. The passes with the most for you money are the Magic Plus and the Infinity (top 2). Magic Plus gives you 350 days in the park for €299, Infinity 365 days for €449. If you do the math of €99 for a day ticket, you see that you are cheaper from 3-5 days to the park. There are of course other benefits to these cards which makes the cost worth it more. Both have free parking (€30 per day saved), infinity only gets the spots closest to the park though. You get savings on merchandise, Magic Plus 10%, Infinity 20%. Savings on dining in the parks and several dining locations in Disney village, Magic Plus 10%, Infinity 15%. The Infinity pass gets a free Photopass+ (all your pictures from rides and character meets for free in great quality), the Magic Plus gets a discount on this €59 for the pass.You also get privilege tickets for family and friends. €45 per tickets for the Magic Plus (10 per year), €39 per ticket for Infinity (20 per year). You can look at the YearPass page on DisneylandParis site for the rest of the smaller adventages you get with the Infinity Pass. I covered most and the most used parts.

Can i buy seperate tickets eg if you want to go in Winter freaking cold so you only want to access the Disney Village, do you have to buy a regular Disneypark Ticket or is there a serparet ticket for the Disney Village only. True newbie here :D sorry. wishing you a good week and stay healthy.

I got told by a cast member that I “looked English” and that’s why most people asked in English straight away, although when I asked her what she meant by looking English she wasn’t sure what to say and eventually said we looked pale 😂 Sometimes we said bonjour back, and if they still spoke french I said “je parle anglais “ pretty badly and then they spoke English 😂

My wife and I are also new subscribers to you and look forward to a new video every week. Keep it up and thanks for the useful tips and tricks. Best Regards from Germany

Hi, I'm staying on property (for like 3 days) but do not have a dining plan. I've read on disney's official website that we can bring snacks but no picnic food, any suggestions on something we are allowed to bring to the park other than sandwiches?? I'm worried that we would just have to eat sandwiches for lunch and dinner all 3 days! Thanks!

When you're at the gazebo in front of the park or at the castle, look for the sign with the Hertz car rental logo. The stop for the horse drawn tram also stops at the gazebo and castle.

Great video, one thing I wanted to ask is. Are there any pressed coin souvenir machines in this park? In america we call them pressed pennies as we make them with pennies(1 cent) and quarters (25cents), in the Asia parks they are called medallions/coins.

Hi Carrie, the last time we were in DLP the Corona virus was still in Asia and there were no patients in Europe. Best advice we can give you is to check with the foreign affairs department of your country and/or the embassy of your country in France.
