the issue is that the attempt to put a thrill ride on top of a track built in 1967 for a transport ride was a bad idea and the sudden speed changes caused the historic support track to be damaged since they basically ripped out the power and rubber tire rollers and installed Mini roller coaster style track on top of the 67 PM platform. to restore the old ride system using the WED way platform used in WDW would require the refurbishment if every structure in the land since the track structure is interconnected to every building=.

Not the PeopleMover tbx59, but the Rocket Rods come back with the new look of the entrance to the ride, than the old look of the entrance to the Rocket Rods before Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters. Which is to keep the PeopleMover in the Magic Kingdom in Florida while to use the Rocket Rods here in California. Especially for the new entrance that would lead to underground like Soarin' Around the World, and The Haunted Mansion, even the ride leads to underground The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Undersea Adventure.

2:16 I also seen the inside of the stairwell recently near Tomorrowland landing leading up to the old loading station from this view when cast members head in and out when looking at the fruit stand. The Golden Rails still there untouched the day Rocket Rod closed.

2:24 Fun Fact! On the two times I’ve checked, the exit door is typically not locked, so you can open it up a bit and see inside the exit staircase and the accessibility elevator. Currently, that area is used for what I believe to be storage for cleaning supplies, and crowd management tools.

the issue with addding a new PM ride is any fix to the supports involves every ride building in tommarrow land beingrandomly closed so they can fix the ride structure in that section. Disney killed the skyway because it's center tower stupport wasalso the center tower support of the Matterhorn ride they decided to not rip the e ticket apart over fixing a transport ride.

@@shawnthegangster4207 not anymore. they wasted tons on stupid ideas. and thanks to Chpek the aprks logn had issues getting funds for basic maintance. hence why you see so many rides and especially anamatronics break down. Heck the Tiana ride they are recycling Bell model's for tiana even though their figures to not match.
