We do know that he originally comes from a pride of which his biological parents were probably the patriarch & matriarch, and thus the king & queen. Therefore, he was called Mufasa, which means “king.” That could mean all 3 of them initially had birthrights to their respective thrones. You’re correct about that.

No mufasa parents were lions with no pride and teritory. They were vagabonds and drifters whilst scar and sarabi are of royal blood.

​@@Kiloed785 That doesn't necessarily mean that Mufasa has no ounce of royal blood in him. He could have been the grandson or great grandson, or even great great grandson of a king who had a pride of their own, to which he was at some point killed and the new king took over, forcing one of Mufasa's parents or great / great great grandparents out, as they would most likely have been killed.

@@cardinalshockey281 dont know. Taka wanted to be the future King so bad but just wasn't one. He wanted it all for himself with Mufasa as enforcer. While Mufasa got all what it needs. This Dynamic would have torn them apart sooner or later... sarabi just triggered it. But its somehow not her fault.
