Deja vu में मरीज सबसे पहले किसी चीज व घटना को देखता है लेकिन उसे लगता है की उसने ये पहले भी कही देखा है(A sense of familiarly with unfamiliar circumstances) Jami's vu में मरीज पहले घट चुकी घटनाओ को पहचान नही पाते (Failure to recognize event that have been encountered before)
