Sorry your great video gets the entire point taken away because people jump to conclusions or just pick something to get hung up on (that isn’t even important to the video one way or the other) rather than listening to your experience in using the pulse rifle (or a pulse rifle in general) which is prob more than 99% of the comments.

Yeah i get where people come from though. I watched one of your videos ages ago and went " yeah but your clearly on pc as you have no recoil" had no idea you were on console because the same weapon you used with near identical perks moved completley different for me. It legit looks like your weapon just don't move like mine do on console. All im saying is i duno if you have some amazing controller or have some trick to not make guns jump or...something else.... I'll have to try this pulse out with these perks and see if its even close to this smooth.

Blast Furnace is literally my favorite weapon in D2 history. I used it for pvp, pve, and gambit. pre-nerfed feeding frenzy/kill clip and the thing just shredded. Still have to craft one of these. I have a rapid hit/kill clip Sacred Provenance that is also really good right now

Same!! I had a 100 range roll with feeding frenzy and killclip, for the scope option I had the low zoom pop up sight and the longest zoom option on it. For pvp, the short zoom was great, then for gambit, throw the long zoom on for 70+ meter range. It was wild, I miss it.

I can't help but feel that if you're building Stability, then you may as well go Fluted Barrel... +5 Stability, +15 Handling. I think that's a noticeable improvement of speed at the cost of only 5 less Stability.

@True Vanguard, I must say that I am beyond impressed now with this roll that you have within this specific video. I've been using my Sacred Provence and have 71,442 Crucible kills on it. I say that to point out that I love the Aggressive Burst architype and pulse rifle paired with the Fools Remedy side arm combo. I've grinded so much to finally be able to craft Disparity and almost gave up on it after trying multiple rolls until I saw this video. Previously it bucked like a horse no matter which combo I put on it. Being my last resort, I crafted this roll you shared with us, and it's a night and day different from all the other combinations. First game with this roll, and I was fortunate enough to get an 18.0 KD game with Disparity being a laser. Thank you for this video and all the effort you've put into your channel for all of us here to watch and learn. Cheers brother!

I mean, there's a lot of options out there, but the Rapid Hit and Kill Clip combo on an Aggressive made it for me. I still have my Blast Furnace and refuse to delete that and Rampage Kill Clip Kindled Orchid weapons. I miss my Blast Furnace from back in the day with its Kill Clip, Feeding Frenzy, Drop Mag, Meyrin RDS or Satou Focus Lens. These weapons were just in a league their own with the perk pool available to them. Plus they were bad ass looking too!

@@cyan_2169 I kept a Range MW on mine. That gives it 70 Range, 86 Stability, 32 Handling, 30 Reload Speed, 50 Aim Assist, Targeting Adjustment mod (cause this guy plays controller on pc), 🎮😉👍. It's pretty crazy to be honest, when you pick up the same archetype weapon, and the simplest of changes can be the most important in a weapon. My Sacred has Rapid Hit, Kill Clip, Ricochet Rounds, Small Bore, Reload MW, Targeting Mod and is a laser as well. Something about making your own Disparity makes it all worth it in the end.

Stability is my #1 perk for a pulse every time, especially an aggressive 4-burst. higher stability reduces accuracy cone growth mid-spray and as that spray is compulsory for a pulse rifle due to how they shoot I find it keeps the whole burst feeling exceptionally sticky to a target.

For my 4 bursts, or generally anything in the aggressive stat theme (High range, low handling and reload) I tend to throw on Fluted Barrel and Flared magwell. +10 Stability, 15 handling, and 15 reload really help those slower guns feel better, and masterwork depends.

I'm with you 100%. I always dive into stability as heavily as a I can on almost all weapons because it benefits you more than people think. While everyone is talking about recoil direction because it's just 2 points off from verticle......just two......I'm over here laughing in zero recoil and zero flinch consistant 2 bursts lol but I do think I'm gong to end up going with headseeker because it now gives target acquisition as well

I took the best of both worlds, and went with arrowhead, range mw, stable rounds. This gives 74 stability. Assuming the enhanced rapid hit will hit max 100 stability after 1 burst, I am with you as far as unflinching goes. x5 regular rapid hit gives 25 stability, so no need to go too far beyond imo. To compensate the slight lack of stability in comparison, I put on a targeting mod. +5 may not be the biggest add on, but the only way to combat flinch is more aim assist. I may just go change the me to stability, so it does the same stability amount

I think this is one of those cases where input is a big factor. On controller, you have the reticule friction there to help compensate for side to side recoil so it's not as big of a deal. Conversely, the vertical recoil that your stability stat affects is more severe than on MnK, where it's much less intense but we don't have reticule friction to help with the side to side recoil direction. For those of us on MnK, rapid hit alone usually does enough on a pulse rifle, especially the 4-bursts, to reign that in and you're better off with arrowhead. Considering arrowhead also gives you handling and the base handling of these heavy pulses is so low, it starts to make even more sense.

I went the same way like you, but i used Chambered Compensator as my barrel and instead of Kill-Clip, i used Desperado. The reason, why i choose Desperado, is actually simple: In Sacred Provenance, you have an aggressive burst Pulsrifle, that can have Rapid Hit and Kill-Clip/Headseaker. You also got Kill-Clip on Veles-X. So Disparity is the only burst puls, that can get Desperado. And my god, it shreds.

Hey TV while you can still grab one, try a Stay Frosty with kill clip and well rounded. when you pair it with an osmiomancy warlock w/hedrons its absolutely mental. and you can get it with arrowhead, ricochet, range masterwork. that's the roll I've been using and even in Ascendent it tears people up.

Crafting sure adds a ton of versatility. I run pretty much the same build but instead of Kill Clip I go for Desperado. Desperado is 30% rate of fire for 7 seconds while kill clip is 25% extra damage for 5 seconds, so it depends of your playstyle.

I may make a dueling roll specifically for pulse rifle fights with Arrowhead, Steady Rounds, No Distractions, Enhanced Headseeker with Stability MW for 89 stability. That means I can ignore flinch entirely with this roll with 1 Unflinching mod with about 60% flinch reduction. Without an unflinching mod, im sitting at 46% flinch reduction. Still will ignore ep and timed payload

Yours seems way more stable than mine with the same perks - I actually swapped off rapid hit to moving target and cranked the stability to 96 base with 69 range and it feels a little stickier.

So I'm torn at the moment on my 4th column perk. MY setup is going to be small bore, Steady Rounds, Eye and then either head seeker or headstone. The logic is that this puts me at 67 range, 100 stability (without rapid hit) and then I have a dueling machine. Headstone I'm thinking just more for comp and trials since the ice crystal negates revives.

Stability frame, corkscrew rifling, steady rounds, and enhanced eots, puts it at 94 stability, and makes it a dueling monster. Pick a 4th column perk of your choice and go to town. I don't feel that touching the range stat at all matters because you won't change it in any significant way, and keeping the stability maxed at all times means your first burst is just as potent as your second. Also, legal action with surplus was the best pulse hands down if you wanted PURE dueling.

Honestly np pulse rifle I'll get will even be able to match my old Blast Furnace I use to main for everything. MW'd reload + drop mag + feeding frenzy/kill clip and it was just a straight menace. Reload was always fast and snappy, which always helped in duels and kept that DPS higher for PVE. I really wished this new pulse had faster reload, because it feels so sluggish even compared to my other pulses

I went for Arrowhead/Steady/Enhanced Moving Target/Headseeker at first, but have change it.. I've been debating switching to EotS. If you're like me and took the Stability MW, you don't even need Polygonal as it puts you at 99 Stability as it is. With something like Smallbore and Enhanced EotS, that's 100 stability base, without needing rapid hit, so you're only getting the reload boost.

I want to add that the zoom on Legal Action is 22, 4 points higher than most other pulses. This pushes out the damage falloff way past other pulses with a much higher range stat. Disparity at 100 range hits at 46 meters, where a base range of 62 Legal Action hits at 47 meters. I highly recommend it 👌

This is definitely a laser. I noticed at the last bit of the video. I was thinking the same thing, that with this setup, "Heating up" is a gem here. From playing with it, once shooting, the gun doesn't move aside from slightly to the left, as you pointed out. I did stick with range mw having me sit at 70 with the 86 stability. I plan to try heating up instead of rapid hit since the gun already isn't moving. If need be, I'll go 60 range and 96 stability, but I don't think I will need to. Next season can't come fast enough. I'm broke on elements right now 😂😂😂. You and "Cool Guy"save me so much time with your weapon reviews. gg and keep em coming 💪🏿.

Kill Clip does allow you to 4c4b all resil but require a kill. FRENZY just needs to be in combat, grants 15% buff, +50 handling and +50 reload, allowing you to 4c4b T6 resil and less. Since most of the crucible runs Tier 6 resilience and less its a massive advantage for Frenzy. Also like i said before: Handling affects ttk. With an Arrowhead Brake, Steady Rounds, No Distractions, Frenzy roll with Stability MW you have 41.08 meter dropoff with 84 stability (base flinch resistance of 45.4%) with 93 Handling, 81 Reload Speed. You gain the best recoil direction of 97 alongside the most base flinch resistance and least aa degradation possible, the highest handling, and the highest reload. You have the highest stats possible with this with the best flinch resistance

I've always opted for maximum stability on primaries whether it be Hand Cannons, Pulses, SMGs and so on so good to see more interest in the weapon stat. There are a few changes that I would make for my personal choice being Arrowhead break, Steady Rounds, Rapid Hit, Frenzy with a Handling Masterwork. My reasoning being that this combination allows me to max out all stats on my weapon. My RD is 97, Range is indirectly boosted by the 15% from Frenzy, Reload is maxxed out with Frenzy and Rapid Hit x2 and handling maxes out with Frenzy (+50 ) and the masterwork. Though i am sure you'd get more usage with Kill Clip, i think the tradeoff with maximum stats as i've shown above, the extra 13% from Kill Clip would only actually benefit majorly in endgame activities which is totally fair, but i prefer utility overall over select activities gaining a slight edge.

I haven’t used this pulse yet but on every other pulse I’ve ever used having arrowhead always seems to make a huge difference. I prefer it over higher stability because it takes the slight rng of where ur gun kicks away and the slightly lower stability is manageable if u know exactly where the gun kicks.

I'm not really a big fan of pulse rifles, so I haven't crafted mine yet. That said, I am intrigued by another setup. Enhanced eye of the storm and enhanced headseeker both add +5 stability to the base effect of the perk. Steady rounds is another +15, and corkscrew rifling is +5, leaving you at 89 stability. If you swap the range intrinsic frame to stability, that's 99 stability at base, without having to ramp up any perks, plus you trade the reload half of rapid hit for eye of the storm. Yes, the range is 65 instead of 70, but the difference is so minute that I really don't think it matters at all. I don't know if this is ultimately better, but it has my attention.

Good video and gameplay. Your right with the perk selection, but something missed in the video was On Your Mark for the hunter. It’s procced in your footage every time. This in conjunction with the perks are giving you that laser boost.

If you want the best flinch reducer and dueler roll of this weapon go Arrowhead, Steady Rounds, Enhanced No Distractions, Enhanced Headseeker, and Stability MW. Best recoil direction AND better base stability than your current roll alongside way more flinch reduction. Also extra aim assistance due to Headseeker

Why polygonal over fluted barrel? rapid hit should still get you to 100 stability and fluted gives you a bit more handling also enhanced headseeker gives 5 base stability making up some of the loss from going fluted

I’ve always felt like a somewhat low recoil direction if reined in with stability almost acts like a pseudo moving target perk with some pulses. It’s literally dragging your reticle around and frequently in the direction of the opponent’s strafing. On my crafted smite of merain with moving target - eye of the storm, it genuinely felt worse and less accurate when the recoil direction was pushed above 75

I’m ngl i’m going full handling on this pulse. Aggressive bursts feel like trucks and in high level game play, handling IS your ttk and the main thing that wins gun fights at the end of the day.

Can't craft one yet (missing one red border), but loving the one i have, can have 91 range but low stability or 75 range and 69 stability prefer this way with rapid hit and headseeker But yeah... Blast Furnace was the reason i started to use pulse rifles

Disagree TV - arrowhead, steady rounds, stability masterwork (and crafted level 20+) will give you 60 range (10 less but negligible in most cases), the same 86 stability, 40 handling AND 97 recoil direction. I feel like we can have our cake and eat it too with this weapon

70 range, 81 stability, 97 recoil direction, 42 handling (For me on controller I need handling), range masterwork. Arrowhead break, steady rounds, Rapid hit, Head seeker and Targeting adjuster. I still wish it had a bit more range, then I would say perfect. 70 range on high resilient guardians leaves them with a sliver of heath after two bursts at further than far medium range.

Arrowheadbreak I suggest is better for the 2 shot per burst variant. The 4 shot variant requires a whole different set of choices. Thanks for the video it will help.

I have two PvP rolls for Disparity. 1. A recreation of my Blast Furnace god roll: Full Bore, Accurized, Range MW, Rapid Hit, Kill Clip. Has 100 range, just like my Blast Furnace. 2. Arrowhead Brake, Accurized, Stability MW, Rapid Hit, Headseeker. With Rapid Hit x5, it reaches 94 stability.

Moving target/headseeker is mine. When enhanced and having chambered compensator + steady rounds i have 99 stability and 62ish aim assist with a targeting mod. Good luck other people. Also still hits 40 meters

Revision Zero has 2 firing modes, basically a free extra carry Sniper rifle. Too good to pass up in pvp and for champion/boss dps, i wouldn't write it off so quickly. As high impact Pulses buffed atm, for anyone that doesn't have new ones, i can recommend No Time with an Arc build especially on Warlocks is powerful.

What’s the masterwork? I’m thinking moving target/head seeker, steady rounds, and either polygonal or a something with some recoil direction. Masterwork unsure… thinking stability too to avoid using rapid hit. My blast furnace was headseeker and stability heavy. Loved it. Stability is def what you want on aggressives. They have enough range already imo.

Was skeptical to go away from my beloved AH break but this roll feels really damn good and steady on the sticks. Recoil direction absolutely helps certain guns but it’s not the be all on every weapon

I went rapid hit/kill clip combo but with Chambered Compensator and accurized rounds and it feels real good!! Crafted a second for a rapid hit & Headseeker roll.

in D2 I’ve always preferred stability with pulses, maybe because I’m a controller player 🤷🏼‍♂️. The only Blast Furnce I kept has steady rounds my FAVORITE pulse in the game Last Perdition, if it doesn’t have steady rounds, I don’t want it! This was even before the stability stat reduced flinch. So now SR is an even stronger option.

I use the exact same perks! Your not the only one that thinks stability is king on this weapon. I still have and use my blast furnace - feeding frency, rampage with 86 range / 74 stability and Meyrin RDL sights. It’s not as steady but i still like to take it in matches to get that “wtf is that gun” messages 😬

I've got 67 range/91 stability on mine. Opted for a stability MW instead of range. I'm using smallbore & steady rounds & rapid hit/kill clip.

I went Polygonal, flared, enhanced rapid hit, enhanced kill clip and range trait/mw. Tried to keep the range and stability pretty even. They sit at 75 and 74 respectively.

I'm torn on running Corkscrew or Polygonal with Steady Rounds but a good third option that tacks on a little recoil while still giving a Stability bump is Chambered Compensator but it drops handling by 5 points.

Seeing how 100 Stability basically negates the recoil direction is eye opening 👀. I put headstone on mine vs kill clip. I crafted this thing specifically to deal with Titans using barricades in Iron Banner.

have to agree on this one..dont have a a crafted one..1 pattern away..but the first one that dropped for me was heating up and kill clip and the second one was rapid hit and kill clip with the same barrel and mag you chose..my options were not great so i went polygonal and steady and took it out to shoot some shit..immediately master worked it and only one i use till i can craft one. the heating up one is good..but like you said it is a laser beam my go to pvp/pve pulse rifle for everything...and not for nothing i still have my blast furnace...could never will myself to deconstruct it and it still slaps in quick play.

Keep in mind, you have base 86 stability on your roll so that is clouding judgement on arrowhead. Veles-X is a good pulse but the pain point for me is not having arrowhead brake as I can most definitely feel the 64 recoil direction. ALSO Handling affects your ttk. NO matter the weapon type. Handling WILL affect it. Arrowhead helps recoil and handling. I agree about the mag even though tbh thats a toss up.

@@eri_sister_of_aerial you can’t have best of both worlds because you aren’t maxing out stability with Arrowhead break unless you have stability masterwork and you hit 2-3 precision hits with rapid hit. His version is more stable on the first burst which is his point to begin with. You don’t need to rely on rapid hit to max out your stability. You’re trading off the higher initial stability for 10 handling and 30 recoil direction. His point is that the recoil direction isn’t really that necessary. He doesn’t really talk about handling though. There’s still trade off. That’s not best of both worlds. Considering he’s tried arrowhead break and still feels like polygonal is better for him I don’t think it really is best of both worlds.

Have the max stability loadout on the Insidious, and its the way to go. If its low enough, doesnt matter the direction. And most weapons in D2 that have 100 recoil direction still deviate a lot

i cant wait to get my 2 remaining red borders for this. similar train of thought on veles-x, 73 range and 82 stability makes it feel great. i'd prefer something over tunnel vision though, so looking forward to crafting disparity

I actually did something similar to start my role. I wanted the best stats possible in everything except reload bc lol reload. I crafted a fluted barrel, steady rounds, rapid hit, KC, handling MW. It's cracked
