What if you to indicate figures which don't change ie with a dash or written text no change...how do you add that to the formula?

Your video described exactly what I was trying to do. However, when I researched further whether I could change the font as part of the conditional format criteria, I discovered that this is not available in Excel (At least in Office 2016). I wanted to display a special character when true, and a calculated value when false.
