hi but how do you add the "show block"? when I click survey flow it just says all of my questions are in one block

How can I set up a approval workflow , like an individual would go through the survey/form and then someone would have to approve or deny the survey/form ?

Thank you so much for this! I’m having a bad time with one of my surveys. I been trying to use skip logic so, if my participant responds “no” to a bunch of questions, the survey shows a particular message, but it’s not working. I been using the option “and” while creating the skip logic. I would really appreciate if you can help me with this. I’m so frustrated 😭

I want to have one question (lets call it quesion 55) in the first block with options a,b,c. Now I have three blocks that follow, however each blocks contains questions only about a or b or c. I want the respondend to only see the block about a when they answered a in question 55. Or only show questions of b when they answere b in q55, and I want them to only see question s of block c when their answer of q55 was c. Somehow I dont see this happening when using the preview. Can you help?
