Displaying Value AND Percentage of Target on Power BI Gauge Visual

In this video, I'll explain how to update the Power BI gauge visual call-out to display not only the call-out value but also the percentage of the target value being tracked by the gauge.
It's super simple to do and only takes a few minutes to set up.
I'll also explain how to create a neat dynamic sub-title that provides additional information related to the current value vs a year to day target.
