Sir..Kindly answer my question..in a chart Saturn is in 7th house libra sign..venus is aspecting its rashi from lagna...but still the marriage is delayed inspite of aspect by dispositor..the native is 40 now....venus is conjunct with mercury in lagna... mars is conjunct with saturn in 7th... why the delay sir?

Sir what happen when a planet is debilitated but it is 24 degree away from debilitating degree , debilitated planet house lord is 4th from debilitated planet i e Kendra from the planet and if a planet in jupiter sign in navamsa please let me know
