He definitely one of, if not the best out right now at HW but it’s not hating to say he’s not top 10. Usyk should be respected but there is no modern day Ali, Lennox Lewis, Holyfield, Bowe, Tyson, etc. He’s great but not top 10, probably top 30-40 type heavyweight.

If I go look he might drop some. He’s a great fighter, but I don’t know that he beats any of those guys above. Y’all don’t realize how good the HW division used to be. Our best are all in football and basketball now so it ain’t what it was.

Usyk = Top 10 Heavyweight . Beat the Absolute best of his era . Giving 30 , 40 pounds in each fight. Unified = 1st time in nearly 25 years. Natural Cruiserweight, bout 2 drop back down 2 Cruiserweight , said he can't eat the 10 meals a day no more trying 2 make Heavyweight. If he Unites Cruiserweight twice which is unheard of moves up all time P4P list. ( OH yeah , side note last man 2 beat Beterbiev )

Usyk is definitely a generational great. But they messed the game up. We knew from ranking who was next back in the day. No discussions the next guy was in the crowd watching. Usyk can only fight whose there. The competition is weak. All fat dudes.

Man, I'm telling you Usyk would have trouble with the likes of Tim Witherspoon, Ray Mercer, Tommy Morris, Oliver McCall, David Tua, Ike Ibeabuchi, etc these aren't even the top. Hell, this heavyweight era of fighters would all have their hands full with just the fighters above. This doesn't take away Usyk’s greatness it just puts things into perspective, but if we're putting him in the top 10-20, then RJJ is in by coming from Jr middleweight to win a heavyweight title regardless of whether it was against Ruiz. We can't move the goalpost for one and not the other. Let's stay consistent

James Toney failed a drug test vs Holyfield so he was never HW champion. RJJ was a tremendous fighter and imo better than Floyd and Manny but that doesn’t take away from Usyk given he done what RJJ never did by winning all the belts in one weightclass never mind 2. Usyk done it all away from home but RJJ won all his titles at home. RJJ never showed any attempt to fight Lennox Lewis where as Usyk chased both Joshua and Fury down. Usyk is the the conversation for greatest ever because he’s done what no one else has done in fighting people so much bigger than him. He’s the only CW to clear out a super HW era. Holyfield had 5 fights against super HW’s and only won once, Usyk fought 7 and won beat them all 😉. Usyk was already in all time great conversations for what he done at CW anyway.

Joshua was already beaten by one of the undisciplined fighters of all time who is mid-tier in Ruiz who just went life and death with Big Baby Miller and by the overall consensus Wilder is the worst champion of all time who Fury went life and death with. So let's not play games and make it seem like you weren't referring to Usyk being white. To add, RJJ wanted Tyson, Holyfield, and Lewis, but Lewis himself said he didn't want to fight RJJ because he would not get credit and RJJ said he would fight him if the price was right. To put things into perspective RJJ is 5”10 and his max was super middleweight. Usyk is 6”3 with a frame of a heavyweight including when he was cruiserweight

I think Usyk got AJ and Fury at the right time AJ hasn't been the same since the Andy Ruiz fight And those wilder trilogys took out alot in both deontay and Tyson I think Jalalov from Uzbekistan gives Usyk problems in 2yrs He's a two time olympic heavyweight gold medalist and is 14-0 (14kos) He and Bakole are the dark horses in the division to me
