Definitely agree on the maps and more stuff to mix up the formula, I hope the devs or modders get something out, because I'd hate for it to get only a month or two shelf life.

Corts rampage is why i dont think this is a good game. Theres nothing really stopping the badguys if they can get some weapons. even two badguys with screw drivers can wipe most of the time. Any "deduction" game where the badguy has no cooldown on killing all have the same problem and are never good.

I completely agree. I think maybe how they could try and fix it with what’s already in the game is to make there be only one dissident by default instead of two. Of course, rampages would still be feasible, yet it would be much riskier as you don’t have a partner as either a fail safe in case you die, or as someone to aid in your rampage. Two dissidents is very excessive as shown in such games where they completely dominate the lobby, giving crew no chance to defeat them.

I'd say usually the main thing stopping the bad guys from just wiping the whole lobby like that at the start is that they want to give everyone in the lobby a chance to stream/record content and not just sit out for 30 minutes like in Project Winter (although this game has shorter matches). However there are also rounds where they just want to cut loose and wipe the lobby, but I think this is more often the exception than the norm. The good guys can also just as easily just RDM the whole lobby with a weapon, but being able to do something and actually doing it are two different things. The game is still in Early Access and they've also only been playing this game for like a month. I've watched a bunch and I'm not even sure how the everything works. There's some kind of "poise" system that makes you drop your weapon when you're hit a certain way, but I don't think they even understand it yet either. There may be other things that they haven't fully discovered or stuff not yet released either that may help with preventing steamrolls from fully stacked bad guys. I do think Lockdown Protocol could benefit from giving employees more tools to survive, but I also don't think it's fair to call it a bad game ust because it has some balance issues that can be fixed by mixing up lobby settings or future updates. Think of how early, sweaty, vanilla Among Us was compared to now with all of the mods and bits they do.
