I really like by the time you reach this point of the game, you see how many of Chaos' soldiers still have their memories. They know when to escape. They just watch how their enemies battle manikins with pity. You really see the apathy of it all. When you see the fallacy in Kain's logic but he's just tired and wants to end it. I mean he's trying what he feels is right. It really makes me feel when you realize those who sacrificed themselves for the others when they don't return in the next round. :(

If Kain and the Warrior of Light are the only active members because they "put everyone else to sleep" (as they had planned), isn't that EXTREMELY counter-productive? They admit that the manikins tend to spawn endlessly and tired them out rather quickly. In that sense, it wouldn't be too long before they fell in battle. Which would leave Cosmos defenseless to a manikin attack. And if she falls, then none of the other warriors get revived because manikin death is permanent.
