Dissidia 012: Final Fantasy - Vaan Combo Exhibition

Here's another combo exhibition for Vaan. Using either Axe & Shield or Sword & Shield in their non-switch animations yields a difficult, yet likely infinite combo with proper timing. The first combo with Sword & Shield doesn't really start being a combo until after Lightning Paradigm Shifts. In the Japanese version Vaan could cancel the chase prompt when using [Switch] Katana and follow it up with [Held] Katana for a number of repetitions (IIRC), it's possible (but very difficult) to connect the two at least once in the North American version.
All opponents were Lv. 105/9/Vicious etc.

The devs really disrespected him in NT by throwing away most of his versatility for 2 HP attacks and an HP-spam gimmick.

o.o this is an awesome combo vid. never thought vaan could go with soooo many assist types. much less combo after an ex burst XD This vid has inspired me to start using vaan.
