Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is a fighting game with action role-playing elements developed by Koei Tecmo's Team Ninja and published by Square Enix for the PlayStation 4. The game is a follow-up to Dissidia Final Fantasy and Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy, released for the PlayStation Portable, and similarly allows players to battle one another using many characters from the Final Fantasy series. The game is a console port of the Japanese arcade title Dissidia Final Fantasy and was released worldwide in January 2018.
Calling all warriors. In partnership with Team Ninja, Square Enix presents Dissidia Final Fantasy NT as the next evolution in squad based brawlers. DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY NT is a fast-paced, strategic brawler where you can choose from over 20 iconic FINAL FANTASY characters and battle in a 3 versus 3 arena with your friends and other players online or by yourself. The most fun comes with teaming up with or fighting against your own friends. Call upon your squad and battle other teams!
-------------------GAMEPLAY FEATURES-------------------
Dissidia Final Fantasy NT places a focus on three-on-three combat, with players able to switch which character they actively control while the in-game AI controls the other two.
Characters are divided into four combat classes: power-based Vanguards, agility-based Assassins, range-based Marksmen, and unique trait-based Specialists.
Characters can perform Brave attacks, which increase the player's Bravery level based on the amount of damage done. If an opponent is attacked while their Bravery is at zero, a Bravery Break will be triggered, giving the player a substantial Bravery boost. Players can also perform HP attacks that will do direct damage to an opponent based on their current Bravery level. Using HP attacks will reset the player's Bravery back to zero, forcing then to perform more Brave attacks before they can directly attack their opponent again. Players are able to equip one HP attack and two EX Skills per character in battle.
Each character has its own HP meter, along with a Party HP meter, Stamina meter and Summon meter for the whole team. When a character is defeated, a segment will be removed from the Party HP meter; when the Party HP meter is depleted, the player loses.

@@galaxy_kitten95 bold of you to assume. I’m perfectly fine if a developer wants to change the combat system, add new bosses or cutscenes to help a remake stand on its own, but FFVIIR was just dumb. Hours of padding that made the game feel more boring, poor animations in places. The worst was the lame time travel/alternate timeline crap that made zero sense, so that way Square can, as Aerith says in Remake “Make things right”. You know it, and I know it. VIIR was objectively bad, both as a remake and a standalone game.

@@amirgriffin2546 The animations were great like 80% of the time, but sometimes it looked kinda lazy. For example, Barret laughing with a completely expressionless face. And something about the mouth movements in general just looked wrong. I can normally give shoddy graphics a pass sometimes if the story is good, but what Square did with the story is what really irks me about VIIR. I just hope drastically changing the story and then insulting the original doesn’t become a trend in new Final Fantasy remakes. Believe me, I’m not just hating this game for the sake of hating it. I really wanted to like it.

Just the right voice fer the first Link, the knight who was Hylia's Chosen Hero. I'd go with Link havin' the North American used fer Tidus. Now to be more casual, I'd go with Link sayin', "YOU ain't gonna see me comin'!", "Gotta give a hundred an' ten percent!", "I dunno the meanin' of lose.", "Show 'em how hard it is to dodge lightnin'.", "Betcha wish yer teamwork was that good.", "C'mon! Let's bring this match to the end, yeah?!", "Make 'em turn an' run!", "I'll shut that maw o' yers fer good!", AND "We's goin' all the way!" In Japanese, I'd go with Masakazu Morita as his seiyuu, talkin' like a punk, like with Ichigo Kurosaki, Shougo Haizaki, an' Sakuya Takagi. I'd go with Saori Hayami AND Eden Riegel as the voices fer Hylia 'cuz it's just purrfect (pun with cats). Masakazu AND Saori voiced characters in anime like Bakuman AND Eden of the East, AND games like Granblue Fantasy an' Dragalia Lost. It'd be amazin' if they was Link and Hylia, the stars in the Skyward Sword prequel manga (with prequel manga Link's the main protag).
