I know this is very old but, Split did get some things correct. "The inner world" where alters can communicate with each other (there is exceptions), the beast (which if brought into reality would most likely be a schizophrenic alter or one with permanent psychosis) is incorrect, yes, people with DID physiology can change in some ways but not the extreme of climbing walls. it's mostly breathing pace, possible pupil dilation/contraction, dominate hand change, and some others. things it did very well also, was the ability to force switch and how alters can be blocked out (not co-conscious) and that internal conflicts and "factions" can appear.

Hello Chloe, about 20 years ago I met a woman who told me she had DID, though at that time it was known as multiple personalities. I wanted to be friends with her and I wanted to understand however I pretty much failed at that and the friendship ended. Ever since then I have read everything I can get my hands on about the disorder and I have a much clearer understanding now, unfortunately. Your videos and so many others who are willing to share and educate would have been so welcomed back then. Thank you so much for what you are doing to help us understand and more importantly to help yourselves heal. I am now a subscriber!

I think the stigma that comes with these things is definitely a problem that ought to be addressed. From my own experience around the time I got out of the service there was so much stigma around soldiers with ptsd that I refused to even consider ptsd in relation to myself for nearly 15 years. Finally gave in when within a single session a doc was able to check mark every symptom of every category with my own words. In retrospect I wonder sometimes at how much time I wasted when I could have been healing or at least not suffering more cuz I wanted to ignore it. What’s being done here to dispel the stigma is important and admirable. Thank y’all for stepping up.

I have a friend (friends?) with DID, so I’m watching videos to help understand them better. Thank you so much!

Just found your page. I also have DID and suffer from DID seizures. Before this, pages I’ve come across have been very spastic and just show switching and not always in the form of safe triggers. Your page is so different and for once I’m not afraid to comment and say I to have this! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. I also suffer from bipolar 1 and borderline personality disorder so trust me I get all the stigma stuff. I live in constant fear from family and friends and coworkers finding out about it all and not seeing it as the system protecting but more of a demon possession! Thank you for your bravery and thank you to allowing us to meet all of you!

I can't believe you think think you're egotistical or silly for wanting to use your experiences to spread awareness of DID. the definition of a hero is someone who is admired for their courage, outstanding achievements or noble qualities. what you are doing is truly heroic.

I know this is an old video, and that I comment a hell of a lot on some of your videos, but i just wanna say that your a really sweet and awesome person, and I can't even imagine what you've been through. Im so so sooo happy that youre spreading awarness on DID, and its even more amazing that whenever you upload a video, you always effect a person very positively. It's just wonderful, and again, your an amazing person ^^ Also, I just have to say that your hair around this time is really pretty haha

Hi there, Chloe. I found your channel on a whim (I'm writing a fiction book about a girl who's faced trauma, and I've always been really curious to learn more about the "real" DID because it's always been fascinating to me; like many others, I've only been exposed to the dramatized version of it, so I am finding out I actually know very little about it!), and I am so glad I did. I have never subscribed to a channel faster in my life, and if you don't mind, I am now going to go through and watch your every upload. I cannot wait to learn more about your system and understand DID better. Thank you so much for creating this channel and spreading awareness. You've got a subscriber in me, and I will absolutely be sharing your videos with my friends and family. Keep up the good work. --Heidi

I have been on your channel for a while and I just found this. I love everyone the way that they are now in your system and there will never be a time when someone else integrates and becomes a new person that I wont anymore. But I just have to say this, I really miss Chloe 😅❤

And by the way I'm sooo proud of you guys, seeing what you were starting in this very first video, to how you have become now. You've grown so much as a system, you've informed a lot of clueless & misinfomed people (including me) about DID, spreading awareness and love 💛💛💛💛 love you guys so much, I hope that you guys are well ✨✨✨

I’m so glad that you inform people of this, I hate how most people think of it like the movie split, and you (off topic but) are absolutely beautiful

Just discovered you and your Chanel! You're really endearing and have a wah of speaking that really attract the attention (not a lot of words, that makes explanations really clear). I decided to watch all your videos one by one cause the subject you're talking about need to be understood. So thank you! I'm already pretty sure I am going to love most of your videos. You're a wonderful and beautiful person ❤️

It was so amazing of you to share this. One of my best friends in high school had DID, but I guess we call it MPD more often in the states? That's what I knew it as at the time. Either way, she was a wonderful person, as was her alter. Her alter was intimidating, but not in a bad way. More of a protective way, I guess.
